特徴
- Sialic acid-binding Ig-like lectin 7 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SIGLEC7 gene.
- SIGLEC7 has also been designated as CD328 (cluster of differentiation 328).
- Putative adhesion molecule that mediates sialic-acid dependent binding to cells.
- Preferentially binds to alpha-2,3- and alpha-2,6-linked sialic acid.
- Also binds disialogangliosides (disialogalactosyl globoside, disialyl lactotetraosylceramide and disialyl GalNAc lactotetraoslylceramide).
- The sialic acid recognition site may be masked by cis interactions with sialic acids on the same cell surface.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
