Relaxin/insulin-like family peptide receptor 4, also known as RXFP4, is a human G-protein coupled receptor.
GPR100 is a member of the rhodopsin family of G protein-coupled receptors (GPRs).
High affinity receptor for INSL5.
Also acts as receptor for RLN3/relaxin-3, as well as bradykinin and kallidin.
Binding of the ligand inhibit cAMP accumulation. Expressed in a broader range of tissues including brain, kidney, testis, thymus, placenta, prostate, salivary gland, thyroid and colon.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:200-1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
