Ras-related GTP-binding protein A is a protein that in humans is encoded by the RRAGAgene.
Guanine nucleotide-binding protein forming heterodimeric Rag complexes required for the amino acid-induced relocalization of mTORC1 to the lysosomes and its subsequent activation by the GTPase RHEB.
This is a crucial step in the activation of the TOR signaling cascade by amino acids.
Involved in the RCC1/Ran-GTPase pathway.
May play a direct role in a TNF-alpha signaling pathway leading to induction of cell death.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000Immunohistochemistry: 1:25-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
