REM2, a Ras-like GTPase, may be involved in increasing endothelial cell proliferation and the induction of angiogenesis.
REM2 belongs to the small GTPase superfamily, RGK family.
It binds GTP saturably and exhibits a low intrinsic rate of GTP hydrolysis.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:200-1:1000Immunohistochemistry: 1:200-1:400Immunofluorescence: 1:20-1:50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.

Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
