PRPSAP1 (phosphoribosyl pyrophosphate synthetase-associated protein 1), also known as PAP39, is a 356aa ubiquitous protein belonging to the ribose-phosphate pyrophosphokinase family.
PRPSAP1 may play a negative regulatory role in 5-phosphoribose 1-diphosphate synthesis and is encoded by a gene mapping to human chromosome 17q25.1.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-1:300 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
