- Neuregulin 4 also known as NRG4 is a member of the neuregulin protein family which in humans is encoded by theNRG4 gene.
- Low affinity ligand for the ERBB4 tyrosine kinase receptor.
- Concomitantly recruits ERBB1 and ERBB2 coreceptors, resulting in ligand-stimulated tyrosine phosphorylation and activation of the ERBB receptors.
- Does not bind to the ERBB1, ERBB2 and ERBB3 receptors.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
