特徴
- This nuclear gene encodes a conserved protein that comprises the B13 subunit of complex I of the mitochondrial respiratory chain.
- The encoded protein localizes to the inner mitochondrial membrane, where it is thought to aid in the transfer of electrons from NADH to ubiquinone.
- Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
- There are numerous pseudogenes of this gene on chromosomes 1, 3, 6, 8, 9, 11, 12, and 16.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-1:300 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
