特徴
- The galectins are a family of beta-galactoside-binding proteins implicated in modulating cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions.
- This gene product may act as an autocrine negative growth factor that regulates cell proliferation.
- May regulate apoptosis, cell proliferation and cell differentiation.
- Binds beta-galactoside and a wide array of complex carbohydrates.
- Inhibits CD45 protein phosphatase activity and therefore the dephosphorylation of Lyn kinase.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000Immunohistochemistry: 1:25-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
