特徴
- Heat shock protein 105kD is a protein that in humans is encoded by the HSPH1 gene.
- Prevents the aggregation of denatured proteins in cells under severe stress, on which the ATP levels decrease markedly.
- Inhibits HSPA8/HSC70 ATPase and chaperone activities.
- Highly expressed in testis.
- Present at lower levels in most brain regions, except cerebellum.
- Overexpressed in cancer cells.
- Phosphorylation on Ser-509 may be important for regulation of the HSPA8/HSC70 chaperone activity.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
