The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the HSF family of transcription factors that bind specifically to the heat-shock promoter element and activate transcription.
Heat shock transcription factors activate heat-shock response genes under conditions of heat or other stresses.
Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot.

Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:200-1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
