特徴
- This gene encodes an enzyme which catalyzes the posttranslational modification of vitamin K-dependent protein.
- Many of these vitamin K-dependent proteins are involved in coagulation so the function of the encoded enzyme is essential for hemostasis.
- Mutations in this gene are associated with vitamin K-dependent coagulation defect and PXE-like disorder with multiple coagulation factor deficiency.
- Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-1:300 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
