This locus represents naturally occurring read-through transcription between the neighboring SPINLW1 (serine peptidase inhibitor-like, with Kunitz and WAP domains 1) and WFDC6 (WAP four-disulfide core domain 6) genes.
The read-through transcript encodes a fusion protein that shares sequence identity with the products of each individual gene.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: 1:25-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
