特徴
- A-kinase anchor protein 8-like is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the AKAP8L gene.
- Could play a role in constitutive transport element (CTE)-mediated gene expression.
- Does not seem to be implicated in the binding of regulatory subunit II of PKA.
- May be involved in nuclear envelope breakdown and chromatin condensation.
- May regulate the initiation phase of DNA replication when associated with TMPO-beta.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:200-1:1000Immunohistochemistry: 1:25-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
