特徴
- Human secretin receptor (gene name SCTR) is a G protein-coupled receptor and belongs to the glucagon-VIP-secretin receptor family.
- It binds secretin which is the most potent regulator of pancreatic bicarbonate, electrolyte and volume secretion.
- Secretin and its receptor are suggested to be involved in pancreatic cancer and autism.
- The SCTR gene is mapped to chromosome 2q14.1 by fluorescence in situ hybridization.
- Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 0.1-0.5ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
- Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
- Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
