Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1ug of Phospho-enol-pyruvate Carboxylase (Maize Leaves) in a standard ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H&L) and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
A working dilution of 1:30,000-1:160,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggestedOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
