特徴
- TLR7 is thought to play a role in the innate immune response to viral pathogens
- Mouse TLR7 is localized in endosomal compartments, and recognizes single stranded RNA viruses.
- Stimulation of TLR7 causes a type I IFN response, in a MyD88 dependent pathway.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 0.5-2.0 ug/mlOptimal dilution determined by the researcher.
- Recommended Secondary Reagents:Sheep anti rabbit IgG: HRP
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
- Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
