特徴
- RIP3 is related to RIP and RIP2 but does not posses a death domain or CARD motif at its Cterminus.
- RIP3 activates NFKappa B and potently induces apoptosis.
- RIP3 is expressed in a range of tissues including the spleen, liver, testis, heart, brain and lung.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot.
- Other applications have not been tested.

- Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 5ug/ml.
- Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections
- Western Blot: 0.5-1ug/ml detects a band of ~56kD in Mouse 3T3 whole cell lysateOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Aliquots are stable for 6 months.
- Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
