- MIP-1 alpha is also known as CCL3.
- MIP-1 alpha has a molecular weight of approximately 7.8kD and is produced by activated macrophages.
- MIP-1 alpha has been shown to be involved in the inflammatory response of blood monocytes and tissue macrophages.
- Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot and Functional Assays
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Optimal working dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Recommended Secondary Reagents:Sheep anti Rabbit IgG: HRP
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
- Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
- Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
