特徴
Interleukin-12 is produced by activated B lymphocytes and macrophages.
The properties of IL-12 include the stimulation of growth of activated T lymphocytes and the development of TH1 CD4 positive cells and CD8 positive cytotoxic T cells.
Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA (direct), Western Blot and Neutralization.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.
Recommended Secondary Reagents:Donkey anti-sheep IgG, H&L (HRP): I1904-63Donkey anti-goat IgG, H&L (HRP): I1904-28C
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C.
Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
