Required for the expression of several liver specific genes.
Binds to the inverted palindrome 5'-GTTAATNATTAAC-3'.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Peptide ELISA: 1:128,000Western Blot: 2-6ug/ml, ~70kD band observed in Rat Liver and Mouse Liver lysates (calculated MW of 67.4kD according to NP_000536.5)Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 2-4µg/ml in paraffin embedded Human Liver shows nuclear staining in hepatocytes Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.

Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
