84-4445-59 Ubiquitin (UB) 200ul 367929
特徴
- Ubiquitin is a small regulatory protein that has been found in almost all tissues (ubiquitously) of eukaryotic organisms.
- Among other functions, it directs proteins recycling.
- Ubiquitin binds to proteins and labels them for destruction.
- The ubiquitin tag directs proteins to the proteasome, which is a large protein complex in the cell that degrades and recycles unneeded proteins.
- This discovery won the Nobel Prize for chemistry in 2004.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:5000Western Blot: 1:1000Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
