特徴

• Phenobarbital (INN) or phenobarbitone (former BAN) is a barbiturate.
• It is the most widely used anticonvulsant worldwide and also has sedative and hypnotic properties.
• Phenobarbital is indicated in the treatment of all types of seizures except absence seizures.
• Phenobarbital is no less effective at seizure control than more modern drugs such as phenytoin and carbamazepine.
• It is, however, significantly less well tolerated.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
