- Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infects the liver and causes an inflammation called hepatitis.
- Hepatitis B virus is a hepadnavirus and it has a circular genome composed of partially double-stranded DNA.
- The viruses replicate through an RNA intermediate form by reverse transcription, and in this respect they are similar to retroviruses.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA.

- Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
