特徴

• In the cells, the "cytosolic" creatine kinase (CK) enzymes consist of two subunits, which can be either B (brain type) or M (muscle type).
• There are, therefore, three different isoenzymes: CK-MM, CK-BB and CK-MB.
• The genes for these subunits are located on different chromosomes: B on 14q32 and M on 19q13.
• In addition to those three cytosolic CK isoforms, there are two mitochondrial creatine kinase isoenzymes, the ubiquitous and sarcomeric form.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
