Leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor subfamily B member 2 is a member of the leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor (LIR) family, which is found in a gene cluster at chromosomal region 19q13.4.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 5-20ug/mlImmunocytochemistry: 5-20ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
