This gene encodes a protein that contains a ubiquitin associated domain at the N-terminal, an SH3 domain, and a C-terminal domain with similarities to the catalytic motif of phosphoglycerate mutase.
The encoded protein was found to inhibit endocytosis of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and platelet-derived growth factor receptor.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.

For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
