NRIP2 (nuclear receptor interacting protein 2) is a 281aa nuclear protein that down-regulates transcriptional activation by nuclear receptors such as ROR∫.
The gene encoding NRIP2 maps to human chromosome 12, which encodes over 1,100 genes and comprises approximately 4.5% of the human genome.
Chromosome 12 is associated with a variety of diseases and afflictions, including hypochondrogenesis, achondrogenesis, Kniest dysplasia, Noonan syndrome and Trisomy 12p, which causes facial developmental defects and seizure disorders.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
