TGF beta RII is a membrane bound serine/threonine kinase.
Upon ligand binding, TGF beta RII interacts with TGF beta RI to form the heteromeric signaling complex that transduces TGF beta signals.
A splice variant of the type II receptor, TGF beta RIIb, containing a 25aa residue insertion near the N-terminus of the mature protein has also been described.
Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Flow Cytometry: 10uL/10e6 cellsOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
