YAP1, also known as YAP or YAP65, is a potent oncogene, which is amplified in various human cancers.
This gene encodes a downstream nuclear effector of the Hippo signaling pathway which is involved in development, growth, repair, and homeostasis.
It is known to play a role in the development and progression of multiple cancers as a transcriptional regulator of this signaling pathway and may function as a potential target for cancer treatment.
Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.

Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 0.1-0.5ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
