• Non-POU domain-containing octamer-binding protein is a protein that in humans is encoded by the NONO gene.
• This gene encodes an RNA-binding protein which plays various roles in the nucleus, including transcriptional regulation and RNA splicing.
• A rearrangement between this gene and the transcription factor E3 gene has been observed in papillary renal cell carcinoma.
• Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described.
• Pseudogenes exist on Chromosomes 2 and 16. 
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 0.1-0.5ug/mlImmunohistochemistry (paraffin): 0.5-1ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
• Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
• Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

• Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
