SRSF3, a member of the serine/arginine (SR)-rich family of pre-mRNA splicing factors which constitute part of the spliceosome, may be involved in RNA processing in relation with cellular proliferation and/or maturation (1,2).
Each of these factors contains an RNA recognition motif (RRM) for binding RNA and an RS domain for binding other proteins (3).
The RS domain is rich in serine and arginine residues and facilitates interaction between different SR splicing factors.
In addition to being critical for mRNA splicing, the SR proteins have also been shown to be involved in mRNA export from the nucleus and in translation (3,4).
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1-2ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
