Peptide YY is a gut peptide that inhibits exocrine pancreatic secretion, has a vasoconstrictory action and inhibits jejunal and colonic mobility.

Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:200-1:1000 in coating buffer, and at 1:2000-1:5000 as detection antibodyOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.

Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
