特徴
- CD20 is a 33kD leukocyte surface antigen consisting of four transmembrane regions and cytoplasmic N- and C-termini.
- CD20 is expressed primarily on B cells but has also been detected on both normal and neoplastic T cells.
- Activation of CD20 significantly increases DNA synthesis and is thought to involve basic helix-loop-helix leucine zipper transcription factors.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 5ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Positive Control:Tonsil or Spleen
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
