84-4367-42 NLRC4, CT (CARD12, NLR family CARD domain-containing protein 4) 100ug 350757
特徴
- NLR family CARD domain-containing protein 4, also known as CARD12, is a protein that in humans is encoded by the NLRC4 gene.
- It is mapped to 2p22.3.
- This gene encodes a member of the caspase recruitment domain-containing NLR family.
- Family members play essential roles in innate immune response to a wide range of pathogenic organisms, tissue damage and other cellular stresses.
- Mutations in this gene result in autoinflammation with infantile enterocolitis.
- Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 0.1-0.5ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
