Frizzled-1 (Frizzled homolog 1) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the FZD1 gene.
Members of the 'frizzled' gene family encode 7-transmembrane domain proteins that are receptors for Wnt signalingproteins.
The FZD1 protein contains a signal peptide, a cysteine-rich domain in the N- terminal extracellular region, 7 transmembrane domains, and a C-terminal PDZ domain-binding motif.
The FZD1 transcript is expressed in various tissues.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 0.1-0.6ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 0.5-2ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
