特徴
- Fos-related antigen 2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the FOSL2 gene.
- The Fos gene family consists of 4 members: FOS, FOSB, FOSL1, and FOSL2.
- These genes encode leucine zipper proteins that can dimerize with proteins of the JUN family, thereby forming the transcription factor complex AP-1.
- As such, the FOS proteins have been implicated as regulators of cell proliferation, differentiation, and transformation.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 0.1-0.5ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
- Reconstitute with sterile dH2O.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
