Converts GDP-bound inactive form of RAB3A, RAB3C and RAB3D to the GTP-bound active forms.
Component of the TNFRSF1A signaling complex: MADD links TNFRSF1A with MAP kinase activation.
Plays an important regulatory role in physiological cell death (TNF-alpha-induced, caspase-mediated apoptosis); isoform 1 is susceptible to inducing apoptosis, isoform 5 is resistant and isoform 3 and isoform 4 have no effect.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:500Western Blot: 1:500-1:3000Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
