Kinase-defective receptor for members of the ephrin-B family.
Binds to ephrin-B1 and ephrin-B2.
Modulates cell adhesion and migration by exerting both positive and negative effects upon stimulation with ephrin-B2.
Inhibits JNK activation, T-cell receptor-induced IL-2 secretion and CD25 expression upon stimulation with ephrin-B2.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:500Western Blot: 1:500-1:3000Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
