Controls reversibly actin polymerization and depolymerization in a pH-sensitive manner.
It has the ability to bind G- and F-actin in a 1:1 ratio of cofilin to actin.
It is the major component of intranuclear and cytoplasmic actin rods.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:200Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:50-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
