- Catalyzes reversibly the conversion of cortisol to the inactive metabolite cortisone.
- Catalyzes reversibly the conversion of 7-ketocholesterol to 7-beta-hydroxycholesterol.
- In intact cells, the reaction runs only in one direction, from 7-ketocholesterol to 7-beta-hydroxycholesterol By similarity.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:3000Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
