- Also acts as a transcriptional activator.
- Promotes development of neural crest cells from neural tube progenitors.
- Restricts neural progenitor cells to the neural crest lineage while suppressing interneuron differentiation.
- Required for maintenance of pluripotent cells in the pre-implantation and peri-implantation stages of embryogenesis.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:3000Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
