特徴
- Thrombin inhibitor activated by the glycosaminoglycans, heparin or dermatan sulfate.
- In the presence of the latter, HC-II becomes the predominant thrombin inhibitor in place of antithrombin III (AT-III).
- Also inhibits chymotrypsin, but in a glycosaminoglycan-independent manner.
- Peptides at the N-terminal of HC-II have chemotactic activity for both monocytes and neutrophils.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:500Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
