Acts as a component of the essential kinetochore-associated NDC80 complex, which is required for chromosome segregation and spindle checkpoint activity.
Required for kinetochore integrity and the organization of stable microtubule binding sites in the outer plate of the kinetochore.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunofluorescence and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:500Western Blot: 1:500-1:3000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
