ZPR1 is a zinc finger-containing protein that is capable of binding to the intracellular tyrosine kinase domain of the epidermal growth factor receptor.
Stimulation of mammalian cells with epidermal growth factor reduces ZPR1 affinity for the EGFR and leads to an accumulation of the protein in the nucleus.
The ZPR1 zinc finger is necessary for its association with the EGFR.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:2000-1:5000Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
