UHRF1BP1 (UHRF1 binding protein 1) is a 1,440aa protein that interacts with UHRF1 and may act as a negative regulator of cell growth.
The UHRF1BP1 protein has been identified as a possible risk loci for systemic lupus erythematosus.
The UHRF1BP1 gene is conserved in chimpanzee, dog, cow, mouse, rat, chicken, zebrafish and C.elegans, and maps to human chromosome 6p21.31.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:2000-1:5000Immunohistochemistry: 1:25-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
