Rho GTPases play a fundamental role in numerous cellular processes that are initiated by extracellular stimuli working through G protein-coupled receptors.
The encoded protein may form a complex with G proteins and stimulate Rho-dependent signals.
This protein has been observed to form a myeloid/lymphoid fusion partner in acute myeloid leukemia.
Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1000-1:2000Immunohistochemistry: 1:25-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
