Adrenomedullin is a potent vasodilator peptide that exerts major effects on cardiovascular function.
This gene encodes a seven-transmembrane protein that belongs to the family 1 of G-protein coupled receptors.
Studies of the rat counterpart suggest that the encoded protein may function as a receptor for adrenomedullin.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
