特徴
- This gene is a member of the BCL2/adenovirus E1B 19 kd-interacting protein (BNIP) family.
- It interacts with the E1B 19kD protein, which protects cells from virally-induced cell death.
- The encoded protein also interacts with E1B 19kD-like sequences of BCL2, another apoptotic protector.
- This protein counteracts the apoptotic inducer BNIP3 and may play a role in tumor suppression.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:2000-1:5000Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
