特徴
- The product of this gene is a mitogen induced GTPase activating protein (GAP).
- It exhibits a specific GAP activity for Ras-related regulatory proteins Rap1 and Rap2, but not for Ran or other small GTPases.
- This protein may also hamper mitogen-induced cell cycle progression when abnormally or prematurely expressed.
- It is localized to the perinuclear region.
- Two alternatively spliced variants encoding the same isoform have been characterized to date.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:2000-1:5000Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
