Angiopoietins are members of the vascular endothelial growth factor family and the only known growth factors largely specific for vascular endothelium.
Angiopoietin-1, Angiopoietin-2, and Angiopoietin-4 participate in the formation of blood vessels.
ANGPTL2 protein is a secreted glycoprotein with homology to the Angiopoietins and may exert a function on endothelial cells through autocrine or paracrine action.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1000-1:2000Western Blot: 1:200-1:1000Immunohistochemistry: 1:25-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
